Jonathan’s early life, like so many others today wasn’t an easy one. Faced with abandonment, abuse, drug & alcohol use, emotional disturbance & learning disorder, Jonathan was the poster boy for “At-Risk” youth. What was once seen as life’s obstacle, later revealed itself to be life’s opportunity that would lead him to inspire hope while making a positive impact in the lives of many.
Jonathan is a U.S. Army veteran who served honorably until 2016. His passion to serve led him to do volunteer work advocating for children in the foster care system while continuing his education and beginning his career as a motivational speaker. After six years Jonathan received his bachelor’s degree in Social Science, and his master’s degree in Applied Family/Prevention Science from Kansas State University. Jonathan’s knowledge of human development at various stages of life allows him to help others understand what they’re going through and how it relates to their individual growth.
Jonathan’s motivational message will engage, uplift, and inspire the students and teachers to step into the light of their greatness and make this school year their best school year!
